Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing and received before September 13, 2013. If cancellation is received as per the policy, you will receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee. Requests should be faxed to FCPC Education Centre, 416-510-8043 or emailed to heather.spencer@fcpc.ca.

No-shows are liable for the full registration fee. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after September 13, 2013. If you are unable to attend, a substitution may attend in your place. Substitutions are permitted by providing FCPC (heather.spencer@fcpc.ca) with a replacement registration name.
