Customer Development Manager - Walmart/Retail Link
We are seeking a team player to assume a significant role on our Sales team based out of our Mississauga facility. As a key member of this team, the Customer Development Manager- Walmart/Retail Link will be responsible for the execution of the Consumer Product Division sales plans to deliver the budgeted sales at Walmart including managing the broker relationship for Billy Bee at Walmart. The individual is responsible for executing the tactical plans of the account and executing Retail link functions to maximize branded performance, forecasting, merchandising and replenishment. This position also has to keep abreast of all developments both competitively as well as within the customer. The successful candidate must be able to develop and communicate key retail priorities to help ensure optimal retail execution through our Broker network, develop and maintain key relationships at assigned accounts within finance, replenishment, merchandising, marketing and retail operations departments.
To be the successful candidate, you must be a self-motivated person possessing a university degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
Previous experience working with ACNielsen data and applications is an asset. You need to have a minimum of three years experience developing new customer accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Working knowledge of Retail Link preferred.
You must be team oriented with strong presentation skills.
